e.g. You go to a college during submission of an XYZ form. After understanding the process of submission (implying being tossed like a salad- to n fro from this table to that), waiting for ur chance in a serpentine Q n still not being able to submit it... why? coz a single teeny weeny paper is not signed!

Then again, the same paper needs to be signed by the principal
